Create an external company record, invite an eligible company, recognize a claimed connection, and remove the link safely. Follow the current customer-facing workflow and verify access, status, and resulting records before continuing.

Add a supplier or connect with another company on JobBuddy

Open the workspace
In JobBuddy, go to My Company → Connected Companies (#/admin/suppliers); catalog Suppliers (#/suppliers).

Confirm access and starting state
Company-admin access; valid external-company name/contact; recipient email for invitation.

Complete the main setup
Create the external company or supplier record, maintain its contact details and specialties, send or resend the invitation when eligible, recognize the On JobBuddy state, and review the connection before using Remove Link.

A company/contact record can exist without being claimed; invitations, resend, On JobBuddy status, specialties, supplier use in catalog/expenses, and Remove Link have different effects.
