Choose what customers see on an estimate PDF
Produce a customer-ready estimate with intentional terms, options, cover, images, and attachments. Follow the current customer-facing workflow and verify access, status, and resulting records before continuing.
Before you begin
- Audience: Estimate Admin, company admin.
- Saved estimate

Open estimate (#/estimates/:id/edit) → document/PDF options and attachments

Open the workspace
In JobBuddy, go to Open estimate (#/estimates/:id/edit) → document/PDF options and attachments.

Confirm access and starting state
Saved estimate; appropriate attachment access; customer-safe files; company profile/terms configured.

Complete the main setup
Review PDF display options, line grouping/layout, estimate options, terms, cover/branding, attachment upload and customer-visible choice, preview/download, email attachments, and why editing a current draft may not change an already issued revision.
