Before you begin
- Audience: Job Clock Admin, scheduling manager, company admin.
- Company-admin/client guard access

User Admin → Crews (#/admin/crews); then Schedule (#/jobboard)
Create crews and assign them to scheduled work

Open the workspace
In JobBuddy, go to User Admin → Crews (#/admin/crews); then Schedule (#/jobboard).

Confirm access and starting state
Company-admin/client guard access; active users; scheduling/work-item permission.

Complete the main setup
Review create/edit/archive if available, member changes, crew assignment on Schedule, effect on existing items, notifications, and the limits of crews as a permission mechanism.
