Open the workspace
In JobBuddy, go to JODA App → left rail Skills; composer skill shortcut/mention.

Confirm access and starting state
JODA access; permission for global management if offered; teammate recipients for sharing; valid Skill content.

Complete the main setup
Review New skill, name/description/icon/color, trigger and example prompt, content Markdown, import by Skill ID, invoke from composer, Share, recipient note, recipient Inbox → Add/Dismiss, personal copy behavior, edit/delete, Global badge/read-only behavior, and testing the Skill.

Verify the result

Trigger prompt, example prompt, Markdown instructions, imported ID, personal versus global scope, read-only global entries, sharing snapshots, accept/dismiss, and later edits affect expected behavior. Skill creation/update/delete through JODA can itself require approval.
