Open the workspace
In JobBuddy, go to My Company → Company Settings (#/admin/company) → General, Company Profile, Taxes, Estimates, Invoices, and relevant feature cards.

Complete the main setup
Review project singular/plural/icon, company profile, default tax, tax-registration label/number and display toggles, estimate/invoice prefixes and next numbers, customer account number format/sequence, duplicate-number handling, and what affects future versus existing documents.
