Upload, organize, find, and export project photos and videos

  1. Open the workspace

    In JobBuddy, go to My Work → Photos (#/photos); project → Photos (#/sites/:id/v2?tab=photos); item and form media where supported.

  2. Confirm access and starting state

    Project/item access; supported file type/size; upload permission and connectivity.

  3. Complete the main setup

    Review capture/upload, project association, captions/details, filtering, gallery navigation, selecting a subset versus exporting a filtered set, download preparation, videos, mobile sync, and recovery when media is still processing or missing.

  4. Review the important choices

    Use only customer-safe examples when reviewing or exporting media.

  5. Verify the result
