Before you begin
- Audience: Standard user with target permission, manager, company admin.
- JODA produced a structured draft

- approval is live/not superseded

JODA produced a structured draft; user has permission for the target mutation; approval is live/not superseded; required fields pass validation.

Complete the main setup
Remember: ordinary answers and previews do not change data.

Review the important choices
Review card summary/details, inspect target and before/after, revise through conversation, approve/reject/cancel, superseded/stale cards, applying indicator/result, failed apply, reopening the source record, and duplicate-click protection.

Check status and follow-up
Review only the tools available to your role; access differs across items, estimates, expenses, invoices, payments, catalog, forms, routes, Skills, and Automations.
