Troubleshooting
The page, control, or action is unavailable.
Confirm the required access and starting state: Company-admin access; Call Log module available; selected project; area code/available number; configured greeting; destination users have project/Item Type access.
The result is incomplete or unexpected.
The optional feature requires a destination project before enablement, provisions a Twilio number, creates/repairs a Call Log Item Type and permissions, records/transcribes voicemail, and has destructive number-decommission behavior.
The issue remains after checking the record.
Capture the exact visible error, record status, approximate time, and intended result. Give support only the minimum customer-safe evidence needed to trace the problem.
